Our 60th Anniversary

Our 60th Anniversary

60 years and beyond. Making a better world together

In our 60th year, we’re honouring our past, celebrating our present, and looking ahead to our future. And we’re inviting our community to celebrate with us!

We’ve always been committed to innovation and impact, backed by pioneering research, challenging teaching and a drive to find solutions to the complex challenges facing our region and the world.

We’re reaffirming our commitment to creating a better world, together. Across the year we are telling our story and inviting you to join us as we reflect on our rich history and celebrate our vibrant international community of students, staff, alumni, and partners.

Celebrate with us

We invite you to join us in celebrating our anniversary by taking part in a series of special events on campus and in our local community.

As well as those events already listed, we will be adding more as we go into our 60th year in 2025.
