The Research Culture Enablers Network is committed to moving beyond discussion towards tangible change.

To support this, we are pleased to invite current and new members to join our three new RCEN Working Groups.

Are you a member of RCEN?

Please read the purpose of each working group below. Select the box next to any group you wish to join.

Members are expected to engage actively, attend meetings at least once per term, and contribute to discussions via the Teams channel between meetings. Please only sign up if you have the capacity to participate.

To understand what matters most at the heart of research culture, drawing consensus across our diverse community through discussion, reflection, and shared vision. To co-produce
, using mixed methods, novel approaches and capacity-building resources to strengthen an evidence-based research culture within institutions. To promote consistency in reporting to support the synthesis of evidence and enable meaningful measurement of progress at a sector level.

To identify opportunities for collective advocacy and sector-wide collaboration with funders and policymakers who are key drivers of research culture at a sector level, ensuring the voices of those most affected by research culture challenges are represented in strategic dialogue.
