Sierra accessibility statement

For the Sierra Desktop Application (SDA) and Sierra Web, we have conducted preliminary accessibility testing and have identified issues requiring development. We are working to address these and will be submitting the software for third-party accessibility testing later this year to determine any outstanding issues remaining. For example, recent releases have addressed accessibility issue relating to Circ Desk functions with accessibility improvements releases with Sierra 6.0 (June 2023) for the SDA and with Sierra 6.1 (released December 2023) for Sierra Web. We will be continuing to address accessibility in Sierra staff interfaces in coming releases with the goal of providing full WCAG AA compliance to align with Clarivate and Innovative accessibility commitments.
